She went through life changing journey finding herself in spiritual life style of orthodox community. This transformation changed her life and helped her survive and make peace with cancer she was fighting. Sarit was focusing on her career preparing for her solo art show in Miami. She was taking part in group exhibitions in Miami as well as in charity art events and auctions. She successfully sold many of her original artworks, commissions and prints of the original work, to collectors in all US.
Sarit Dekundy was born in May 28 1980 in Poland. She has BA degrees in Fine arts from The Art Institute of Maria Curie -Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland.
Sarit emigrated from her homeland to New York where she has lived for 14 years and became a member of The Art Students League of New York where she continued her education. In 20018 she moved to Florida where she had lived and worked for 8 years before she moved back to Poland.
Her art is influenced by her life experiences, spiritual and self development, mystical cabala, meditation and self awareness.
Symbolism of her paintings sends a message about our temporary presents here, appreciation of life and connection to divine. Sarit is mostly inspired by vivid colors and patterns in nature as well as symbolism ,dreams and faith.
Sarit's passion for nature is manifested in magical, colorful landscapes, portraits, sunsets, tropical beaches as well as mystical paintings symbolizing the miracle of creation.
Sarit's Dekundy art is a combination of styles modern, contemporary, abstract and surrealistic visions, depends on her recent experiences and emotions.
