MY MISSION AND MY VALUES

Since I was six years old, I have been immersed in the world of painting. Vividly, I recall the first paint set my mother bought for me at the beginning of the school year. It captivated me, allowing me to mix colors and textures to bring forth everything my imagination conceived.

In those moments, I discovered a profound sense of freedom and the boundless potential of creation. It feels as if it were only yesterday.

Despite my mother's suggestion to take a break and relax after a day of errands, I found solace in my new painting set. To me, painting was rest itself. It became my escape from the demands of a busy life and a busy mind. It transformed into a meditative practice, a reset button for my soul. Through painting, I could let go and truly be myself. The process of turning an idea from my imagination into a tangible reality became a constant inspiration and motivation, fueling my work with unwavering passion.

I received formal artistic education in an art high school in my hometown and furthered my studies at the Art Institute of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Eventually, I emigrated from my homeland to New York, where I resided for eleven years and became a member of The Art Students League of New York, continuing my artistic growth and education.

During my life's journey, I embarked on a profound personal exploration, seeking a deeper purpose, love, and connection to my soul. This pursuit led to a complete spiritual transformation. Embracing a religious lifestyle, finding a loving husband, and surrounding myself with wonderful, supportive friends enabled me to triumph over a prolonged battle with cancer. Now, I live my dream life, painting every day, sharing my knowledge through teaching, and spreading my passion for life to everyone I encounter.

Through my experiences, I have come to understand that life is far from perfect, yet remarkably beautiful in its imperfections. Each encounter and challenge I faced became a crucial puzzle piece falling into place. As I reflect on the bigger picture from where I stand today, I perceive the interconnectedness of it all, stemming from within myself.

Gratitude has become a profound lesson for me—genuine gratitude for life itself. I have learned to say "thank you" to the people who have contributed to my growth and to forgive both others and myself. Stepping beyond my comfort zone, I have witnessed my confidence blossom.

Creating art is a profound love of mine, but it encompasses so much more than that. I hope that through my art, people are inspired to delve deep within themselves, to hear their own unique voices and discover the immense strength we all possess. I have learned that life's unexpected turns propel my paintings to new heights, and it is the imperfections that grant authenticity and a sense of realness to my work. That is the essence of what my art represents.

Letting go, being true to oneself, trusting in a higher power, and embracing the beauty within our imperfect lives—these are the fundamental principles I have embraced.

My mission in life, intertwined with my art, is to add beauty and depth to the world. I yearn for people to believe in the innate power they possess and the profound connection to the divine that resonates with every breath. Life, to me, revolves around discovering, creating, and attributing meaning to every moment.

Each day, I rise with the intention to succeed—to find happiness, to give abundantly, to appreciate myself and others, and to revel in the beauty that Hashem has created for our pleasure.

My work here is to forge a connection with my soul and remain aware of the vast spectrum of my existence. I firmly believe that we are souls inhabiting these exquisitely crafted vessels, leading the way
